Apple Is Now Banned From Selling Its Latest Watches in the U.S.

And the Silicon Valley tech giant takes a tumble. Recently, the International Trade Commission (ITC) ruled that Apple infringed on blood oxygen saturation technology, patented by a company called Masimo, that it put in its latest watches. The ITC has ordered the company to stop selling those watches in the U.S., a ban that took effect on December 26. Now, it’s anybody’s guess as to what’s next for the brand that went from cult following to mass market with the slogan “think different.”
